Credit Card Information...

Absolutely Beads does not store any credit card details on our system. All credit card transactions are handled by 'PayPal' a Global Trading Service. For further information please check our FAQ section under payments.

Payments...

Kindly note ... We have a minimum value of $25 set for purchases. Australian customers, we also accept direct deposit to bank account. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or the order will be cancelled. Customers using the option of Bank Deposit - our account details - will be displayed at checkout. Please use your name or order number as a reference number when creating the payment thankyou. Currently we no longer accept money orders. Payments can be made by credit card or bank deposit thankyou.

International Customers ...

Currently at this time we do not accept money orders.

Please note that we may change the bank deposit details without advising our customers, it would be advisable to check every time you order to confirm that you have the current bank account details. We would appreciate if bank deposits could be made within 2 working days of placing your order, as all orders for which we haven’t received payment within 7 days will be cancelled. . Kindly forward via email a copy of the transaction slip verifying payment thanks as this will help with speeding up the order process.

Another thought to consider--it can take up to 3 working days for bank deposits to clear into our bank account for Australian customers ... International customers can take up to 5 working days for payment to clear...It would also be advisable to email a copy of transaction receipt to clarify payment. For security purposes via email you may like to white out your own personal bank account number from the receipt, leaving only our details for clarity. The content, graphics, design, compilation, and other matters related to the site are protected under copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. Copying of graphics, photographs and other material is not acceptable.

Limits...

All responsibility or liability for any damages caused by viruses contained within the electronic file containing the form or document is disclaimed. We will not be liable to you for any incidental or consequential damage of any kind that may result from use of or inability to use our site. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods.

Verify Members' Address...

Absolutely Beads reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the Member's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from Absolutely Beads. Please be aware that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information have been provided, conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by Absolutely Beads.

Refunds...

For damaged items we will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the item and if we are contacted within 7 days from the invoice date. No refunds are offered after 7 days. Refunds will be issued via direct deposit to your bank account, PayPal account or alternatively a store credit can be issued to the value. Goods on sale and in our Clearance Centre are not returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For further information please read our FAQ section under returns.
Gift Vouchers issued as refunds, store credits, or complimentary, please note  these are valid for 3 months only and must be redeemed within the one transaction.
